There's a /TEXTOPTIONS subcommand for the SAVE TRANSLATE command that you need to add. While saving as fixed-format ASCII will pay attention to the Write formats, the standard default for saving data as tab- or comma-delimited uses a "plain" write format. Fix is pending - Workaround is available as described below.
